            Creating an Adhoc Audit
            Ad hoc audits can be created at any time.
            
                -  From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab at the top of the window.
 
                -  In the Audit Management section of the list, select Create Ad Hoc Audit.
Result: The Initiate Ad hoc Audit window is displayed. 
            
            
                
            
            
                -  Zoom to select an auditee. The Auditee Type field defaults once the auditee is selected. For more information on configuration, see Auditees.
 
                -  Click the drop down button and select the type of audit, such as Regulatory or Supplier. For more information on configuration, see Audit Types.
 
                -  Enter or zoom to select the primary contact or the main contact person associated with the auditee.  For more information on configuration, see Users.
 
                -  Enter or zoom to select the name of the lead auditor. For more information on configuration, see Users.
 
                -  Click the drop down button and select the reason for the audit. For more information on configuration, see Audit Reasons.
 
                -  Click the drop down button and select the type of result to be used for the audit, such as PASS/FAIL. For more information on configuration, see Result Types.
 
                -  Zoom to select the site where the audit was initiated. The site selected defines the audit team associated with the new Audit record. This field defaults to the site of the logged in user. For more information on configuration, see Organization Units.
 
            
            
                -  Enter a name for the audit in the Audit Title field.
 
                -  If necessary, click the Add Attachment + link and then browse to select files. Click the OK button.
 
                -  Click the Submit button.
Result: The Result window is displayed. The Result window is a window that displays after creation and asks the user where they would like to go next, such as to the Audit Detail, to the Prepare Audit step if the same user is assigned, or back to the Portal Page.
